A fun-filled time was had by all at our Fostering Weekend as we took to the forest to celebrate our wonderful fostering sons and daughters.
It was a great way to thank these brilliant children from Shropshire, Staffordshire and Three Counties for everything they do to welcome foster children into their homes, and all the support they give to their parents in the fostering role.
Over the weekend, we got to enjoy giant swings, climbing the humongous Jacobs ladder, flying through the forest on the zip wire, dancing around the campfire, toasting marshmallows and navigating kayaks on the lake (including a bit of falling in!).
It’s fair to say we all had a great time and there was a bunch of very tired children at the end of the weekend…
