Join our Southern Counties fostering family
We build local communities of support around our foster families with solid foundations that help provide children in care with stable, nurturing homes.
Based in Albourne, West Sussex, with additional training centres in Bracknell Forest, Eastbourne, Ashford, and Maidstone, our Southern Counties team provides local support to foster parents throughout the South and South East.
When you join our family, you are warmly welcomed and supported throughout your fostering journey. From mentoring to settle you into your new role to family events and meet-ups where you can form friendships with other foster families, you’ll always have somebody to lean on.
Our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating demonstrates that we’re committed to providing high-quality care and a supportive community where foster families thrive. Our 24/7 helpline ensures that day or night, our team is always by your side.
We do extraordinary work with children in our care alongside supporting amazing charities and local community initiatives. In the past, we’ve raised money for the Air Ambulance, a local hospice and CenterPoint for vulnerable children and adults.
We’re looking for more passionate foster parents to join our team. So, if you're ready for a rewarding new challenge, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can give children a second chance at the childhood they deserve.

Support for children who foster
We know that when parents foster, so do their children; this is why we have worked hard to create a support package for birth children in foster families, so they never feel excluded. Our tailored support for children who foster includes:
- Children’s support groups - Our children’s support groups provide children who foster with a safe space to discuss their experiences with children from similar family setups
- Children’s helpline - Our children's helpline is available for both children who foster and children in care
- Family support workers – our family support workers spend time getting to know the whole family, ensuring each family member feels safe, valued and supported
- Children's resources - we have created resources to help children and grandchildren understand and prepare for fostering
- Events for the whole family – we hold events and activities for every family member to enjoy throughout the year
