Based in Chislehurst, with additional training centres in Wallington, Brentwood, and Colchester, we provide exceptional local support to foster families across London, Essex, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.

Our team collectively have over 200 years of experience in careers devoted to children, young people and families, and have been rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted for the last 3 inspections in a row. So, you can feel confident knowing that our foster professionals are well-equipped to take care of you and the children you care for.

Reliable support for your family
When you join Orange Grove, you join a fostering agency committed to providing you with bespoke training and high-quality support.
We recognise that every family is unique, and so the support we offer is tailored to the needs of you, your family, and the children in your care.
Some people need lots of hands-on support, including weekly supervision and regular 1:1 mentoring. Others prefer a slightly more relaxed approach, particularly where they’ve been fostering for many years and have children doing extraordinarily well in their care. And many of our families need something in between.
We offer a range of training courses, including specialised and advanced courses based on the specific needs of the child in their care or to broaden their knowledge. You don’t necessarily need experience to become a foster parent as our training programme will give you the skills and knowledge you need to make an extraordinary difference.

About us
Our Orange Grove family began in 1996 when two experienced foster care professionals teamed up with a mission - to make a difference in the lives of children and young people by providing a nurturing and collaborative foundation for the whole family.
For over 25 years, we have been building villages of support around our foster families with input from experienced foster parents and professionals who specialise in all areas of fostering, including education, healthcare, therapy and more.
Our community spirit, which values every contribution, enables us to help children overcome difficult early experiences, have a happy childhood and achieve extraordinary things in London, Essex and beyond.
