Supported from our Wisbech training centre, we provide dedicated support to foster families across Norfolk, including Norwich, Thetford, Kings Lynn, Hunstanton, Downham Market and surrounding areas.
As a foster parent with Orange Grove, you’ll be surrounded by a close-knit local team that includes your own social worker and a family support worker. Our training programme is designed to strengthen your skills and confidence, whether you’re just starting your journey or already have experience. No background in care is necessary—just a commitment to making a real difference in young lives.

At Orange Grove, we understand that fostering should be a rewarding journey for your whole family. That’s why we offer local support tailored to your needs.
As part of our Norfolk team, you’ll have a dedicated social worker by your side, along with a family support worker who will ensure everyone in your home has a positive experience. Our education specialist is on hand to support any school-related concerns, and our 24/7 helpline provides support whenever you need it.
You'll also have the chance to connect with other foster families through local support groups, and if you need it, we can connect you with a therapist. Plus, we offer two weeks of paid respite each year, allowing you to take a break when necessary.
We welcome foster parents from all backgrounds, whether you’re experienced or just starting out. Our training programme will equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to make a difference.
Our flexible training options include online modules and interactive sessions that fit around your schedule, allowing you to learn at your own pace.
